[debian-users:37835] insmodでのＧＰＬ無許可使用エラー

吉田です。

ｉｎｓｍｏｄにて、自作ドライバを登録しようとしたところ
　「GPL許可なしでモジュールをロードしてはいけない」
と叱られてしまい、どのように回避すればよろしいのでしょうか？

以下、メッセージ
