上に Windows (vfat) の話が出ているので、マウントしたい
CD-ROM は Joliet 形式でしょうか？

手元の環境 (sid...他に必要な情報ってなんでしょ？) では、
codepage=932 を付けるとエラーになるようです。
それを省くと、Joliet 形式の CD-ROM の日本語ファイル名を
表示できました。

Rock Ridge 形式なら iocharset=euc-jp も要らないようです。
付けてても問題ないようですが。
