　FYI.

　security.debian.orgを提供してるホスト klecker がハードウェア
　のエラーでダウンしたようです。(crackingではありません :)
　下記にあるようにアクセスするとTwente大学のサイトとして表示さ
　れます。

It seems klecker is suffering from continueing bad luck: yesterday it
died again. It has not been cracked but is suffering from broken
hardware: it has been diagnosed to have faulty PSU. VA Linux Systems
Japan has been kind enough to donate a replacement which is being
shipped at this moment. I am hoping to have it installed and klecker
brought back online next Friday.

In the meantime security.debian.org and non-US.debian.org archives are
being hosted by Studenten Net Twente (SNT), who previously hosted satie.
security email is being routed through a SPI server so the security team
is still able to respond to email normally. The qa and nm websites will
unfortunately be down until klecker is restored.

We are (and have been for a while) working on a better solution where
we can quickly move services to another box in order to prevent downtime
in the future. Unfortunately klecker broke down before we were able
to finish the necessary arrangements.
