ここから、非公式なdebパッケージを探すことができます。

で“php4”と入れて探してみました。

ここにありそうです。未確認。
念のため書いておきますが、非公式パッケージを入れたあと、
素直に次期安定版にアップグレードできないかもしれません。
その他いろいろありますが、そこらへんは覚悟してください。
