[debian-users:43086] testingへのdist-upgradeについて

笹岡といいます。
プリントサーバを構築しようと思い、woodyをインストールしましたが、
EPSON PMーG700のppdファイルが見つからないために、testingにdist-upgrade
しました。escp2-pmg700.ppdはあったのですが、
http://localhost:631/の
Modify Printer ー＞Continue 以下が動かなくなりました。

# apt-get upgrade
Reading Package Lists... Done
Building Dependency Tree... Done
The following packages have been kept back:
  cupsys
0 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 1 not upgraded.

とホールドされているのでしょうか?
インストールして三日目なので良く解からないのですが、どうすれば
解決出来るのでしょうか？
取り敢えずは、
/usr/sbin/lpadmin で設定出きては、いるのですがやっぱり、適切な
設定ツールがないと色々と不便だと思いますし........。
