これは、他のツールで作った ISO イメージでも文句を言わないということで
しょうか？

せっかく実物を見られたので、メニューも訳してみようと思います。

File => 「ファイル」
Burn Image => 「イメージを CD-R に書き込む」
All Files => 「すべてのファイルを表示」 (でしたっけ？手元に win 機がない…)
this is a foreign file => ??? これはどうすればいいでしょうね？
Data Mode 1 => 「モード 1 データ」
Block Size 2048 => 「ブロックサイズ 2048」
Raw Data, Scrambled, and Swapped =>
  「Raw データ」、「スクランブル形式」、「スワップ形式」
Image Header => 「イメージヘッダーサイズ」
Image Trailer => 「イメージトレイラーサイズ」
Write CD => 「書き込み」タブ
Write => 「書き込み」
Determine maximum speed => 「書き込み速度」 (これであってますか？)
Finalize CD => 「CD をファイナライズする」
