DRMは権利管理ではなく，制限管理だろう！というRMSの主義主張のようです．

若干苦しいですが，
「このライセンスはデジタル制限管理(RMS以外の人によるとデジタル著作権管
理ともいう) や，特許権侵害で他者を訴えることの明示的な禁止についての条
文を含んでいます．」
でいかがでしょうか．
