虐待ほどではないと思うので，「人権侵害者」でよいのではないでしょうか．

サーバで稼働しているアプリケーションのことですね．日本語(？)ではASPという呼び名が一般かと思います．

「ウェブのホスティングサーバで利用されている場合のソースコードを提示する要求ができように対応しているのか」
くらいでしょうか．
