Debian community.  Robert Millan <a
href="http://lists.debian.org/debian-amd64/2006/03/msg00266.html";>built</a>
CD installer images for installing kfreebsd-amd64 as a standalone system.
The <a href="http://www.openvz.org/";>OpenVZ</a> project announced pre-built
<a href="http://openvz.org/download/template/precreated/";>templates</a> for
virtual Debian servers that allow fast provisioning.</p>

<p>Debian コミュニティのための週刊ニュースレター、Debian ウィークリーニュースの
今年の第 12 号へようこそ。Robert Millan さんは、kfreebsd-amd64 をスタンドアロンな
システムとしてインストールするための、CD インストーライメージを
<a href="http://lists.debian.org/debian-amd64/2006/03/msg00266.html";>
作成しました</a>。
<a href="http://www.openvz.org/";>OpenVZ</a> プロジェクトは、すばやく起ち上げる
ことが可能な仮想 Debian サーバ用として、あらかじめ作成された
<a href="http://openvz.org/download/template/precreated/";>
テンプレート</a>を発表しました。</p>

<p><strong>Status of the AMD64 Port.</strong> Anthony Towns <a
href="http://lists.debian.org/debian-devel-announce/2006/03/msg00014.html";>\
reported</a> about the inclusion of <a href="$(HOME)/ports/amd64/">amd64</a>
in Debian.  The packages from <a
href="http://packages.debian.org/build-essential";>build-essential</a> are
first rebuilt and uploaded and will be followed by the rest of the archive.
Maintainer uploads of amd64 packages are currently blocked, and will remain
that way until the archive's rebuilt.</p>

<p><strong>AMD64 移植版の状況。</strong>

<a href="http://packages.debian.org/build-essential";>
build-essential</a> にあるパッケージが再構築およびアップロードされ、
アーカイブの残りが後に続きます。現在、amd64 パッケージのメンテナアップロードは
禁止されており、アーカイブの再構築が完了するまで継続される予定です。</p>

<p><strong>Debian-Installer Etch Beta 2.</strong> Frans Pop <a
href="http://lists.debian.org/debian-devel-announce/2006/03/msg00013.html";>\
announced</a> the second etch beta release of the <a
href="$(HOME)/devel/debian-installer/">\
debian-installer</a> and thanked all contributors who helped with
this release, especially those from Ubuntu. The graphical installer
is not part of this release although significant progress has been
made in its development. Installation CDs and other media are <a
href="$(HOME)/devel/debian-installer">available</a>.</p>
