DeveloperNews #4 の 5 番目の記事を訳しましたので、査読をお願いします。
今回から text-adjust.el による整形をするようにしました。

以下はコメントです。
- PTS pulse というものがよく分かっていないので、訳出しづらかったです。
- 第 3 パラグラフの第 2 文の
    Packages which a newer upstream will have a corresponding
    TODO item in the PTS page
  という出だしでは、which が with もしくは which have の誤りのように見受け
  られましたが、いかがでしょうか。文法的な誤解がありましたらすみません。


PTS <-> DEHS integration
------------------------

 A first implementation of DEHS <-> PTS integration is now available.

 On one hand if you are subscribed to the "summary" keyword of a given
 package you will receive mail from DEHS notifying the availability of a
 new upstream version, as detected by DEHS[7]. Kudos to Raphael Geissert
 for the work on the DEHS side.

 On the other hand at each PTS pulse, information about packages which
 have newer upstream version and about packages which failed an uscan run
 are gathered. Packages which a newer upstream will have a corresponding
 TODO item in the PTS page whereas packages with failed uscan run will
 have a corresponding item in the Problems section.

PTS と DEHS の統合
------------------

DEHS と PHS の統合の最初の実装が利用可能になっています。

一方では、もし与えられているパッケージの "summary" というキーワードに署
名しているなら、[DEHS][7] によって検出された時に新しい上流のバージョンが
利用可能であることを知らせるメールを DEHS から受け取るようになります。
DEHS 側での作業を行った Raphael Geissert さんに賛辞を呈します。

他方では、各々の PTS のパルスに、より新しい上流のバージョンを持つパッケ
ージに関する情報と、uscan の実行に失敗したパッケージに関する情報が集め
られます。PTS のページで、uscan の実行に失敗したパッケージは Problems
節に相応の項目を持つのに対して、より新しい上流のバージョンを持つパッケ
ージは TODO 節に相応の項目を持つようになります。
