議論したいと思ったことはありませんか？ debian-user では、題名に [OT] を
つけてから始めるのがならわしです。</p>

<p>残念ながら、これは関心のない購読者にとっては混乱の元となり得ます。
debian-user のように流量が多ければなおさらです。このため、
Holger Levsen と <a href="http://www.debian-community.org";>
Debian コミュニティプロジェクト</a>の助力のもと、
<a href="http://lists.alioth.debian.org/mailman/listinfo/d-community-offtopic";>
d-community-offtopic メーリングリスト</a>が作成されました。</p>

<p>このメーリングリストは、他のほとんどの Debian メーリングリストと同様に、
誰でも参加可能ですので、CC と Reply-To をこのメーリングリストに設定する
ようにしてください。そうすれば、興味のある人には、議論がこのメーリングリストに

<p>Have you ever wanted to discuss things completely unrelated to Debian or even
computers with fellow users or developers? On debian-user the custom is
to put [OT] in the subject and fire away.</p>

<p>Unfortunately, this can be disruptive for uninterested subscribers,
especially on a high volume mailing list like debian-user. Because of
this, with the kind support of Holger Levsen and the <a
href="http://www.debian-community.org";>Debian Community
project</a>, the <a
href="http://lists.alioth.debian.org/mailman/listinfo/d-community-offtopic";>d-community-offtopic
list</a> has been created.</p>

<p>The list is open to anyone, just like most other Debian lists, so all
you have to do is to CC and set Reply-To to the list, so that whoever is
interested will know discussion is moving to that list. Have fun and be
excellent to each other!</p>
