These packages were installed into the Debian JP hierarchy in the
yesterday:

e2ps       - Convert plain text into PostScript
e2ps 4.0-1.3 -> 4.0-1.3.1 into dists/potato-jp/main/binary-powerpc/text
 e2ps (4.0-1.3.1) unstable; urgency=low
 .
 * for Refine; reduce patch
 * Move /usr/doc, /usr/man to /usr/share/doc, /usr/share/man as per the FHS.

linuxdoc-sgml-ja - Linux Documentation Project SGML tools (Japanese Extended)
linuxdoc-sgml-ja 1.5.1-6 into dists/potato-jp/main/binary-powerpc/text
 linuxdoc-sgml-ja (1.5.1-6) unstable-jp; urgency=low
 .
 * replaced kcc with nkf in sgml2html and sgml2txt back.
 * changed path of texmf directory.
 * added jgawk to Suggests.
