その考えというのは、(boot-floppies パッケージから作成された) インストール
ディスクをそれぞれの国のローカルなミラーに置くことだ。これは、すべての
boot-floppies はただひとつの言語だけをサポートする (monolanguage) という
こと。だから、自分の国の (ミラー) サーバーからダウンロードしたければ、
自分達の言葉専用のインストールディスクを、自分達の言語に翻訳された文書
すべてと一緒に、そのサーバーに置けば良いってこと。

disks-i386 と binary-i386 の 2 つのディレクトリは main ftp の内容を
ミラーし続ける。disks-pt-i386 と disks-es-i386 はミラーに含まれ、

こういう風にすれば、以下の問題を解決できる。
1. 現在の boot-floppies のすべての organization structure を利用できる
2. このプロジェクトで作業する世界中の人々に仕事を分配できる
3. 重要な点だが、カーネルレベルで我々自身の言語に対応した boot-floppies を
用意できる。(私自身は、これは multilanguage な boot-floppies では
実現不可能だと考えている)
4. ある国ではまったく使われていない多くの device driver をカーネルから
取り去ることができる。これによってインストールフロッピーにもっと
スペースを作り出すことができる。
5. 他にも、多くの小さな問題を解決できる、、、

である。これらのローカルな開発者達はローカルなミラーにアカウントを持ち、
そこへ upload できる。
