「get して check」してみました。で、ちょっと注文つけたいところを
見つけました。

本体の README file に README.jis, README.e, README.romaji, README.i18n と
 4 種類ありますが、いずれも日付が無いようです。また Copyright Notice と
 License が README.jis だけに存在しており、README.e には作者の名前も
ライセンスに関する情報もありません。README.i18n には名前だけがあります。

できれば、これらのファイル、特に README.e には

Copyright (C) 1998-1999 Tomohiro KUBOTA.

This program is free software; you can redistribute it and/or modify
it under the terms of the GNU General Public License as published by
the Free Software Foundation; either version 2 of the License, or
(at your option) any later version.

というような情報を付けたほうがいいかも、という気がしてきました。

あるいは LICENSE という別のファイルを作って、そこに

これを書くか、いや Debian native なのだから、最初から debian/copyright 
の存在を前提にして README.* にもそれを参照、と書いたほうが better かも。

「see the `copyright' file for copyright notice and redistribution license」
「著作権情報および配布ライセンスについては 'copyright' ファイルを参照」

とか、かな。日付のほうは各 README.* にそれぞれ付けてもらいたいですが。


それから、この user-ja は Debian Native なので debian/README.Debian は
不要かなという気がしてきました。本来の「作者 = メンテナー」という関係に
なっていないので、それを示すためにくっつけている、という意識があったのですが、
どうしましょうね。久保田さんが正式に登録されたら削除したほうがいいと
思いますが、とりあえずそれまでは残しておきますか ?

現在の記載は私が書いた文をもとにしていると思いますが、

ここで最後に久保田さんが署名しているので、"He maintained" はおかしいような
気がします。"He" -> "I" に変更しておいてもらえますか ?

で、この copyright file を README.* から参照しておけば、README.* に
それぞれ LICENSE 情報を書く必要は無いでしょう。

もしこのへんのリクエストに久保田さんのほうですぐ対応できるようであれば、
新バージョン (0.17) を待って upload しようかなと思いますが、どうしますか ?

特に機能上の問題というわけではないので、とりあえず現状の 0.16 で
リリースしてくれ、ということであれば、そのようにしようかと思いますので、
久保田さんの希望を教えてください。
