一様私の理解を英語で書きました。

問題はいくつかあります。
　＊　和田ラボフォントは改変配布が許されないとは書いていないし、改変が
　　　行われて実質的にみとめられている状況。
　＊　これだけいじった新しいフォントが、和田ラボフォントのライセンスに
　　　縛られるのか？いまのフォントに手で修正した人の仕事の部分だけでも
　　　はっきりとBSD３クロースなどでライセンスできるるのか？

英語では、前者にフォーカスしています。でも厄介ですね。
