外むきに見せかけているんではなく，実行しているコマンドに
対して見せかけています。ここは直訳でしょうね。
「コマンドを実行でき，そのコマンドに root 権限で走っている
と思わせる事が出来る。fakeroot は実際にroot 権限を与えている
訳ではないが，Debian パッケージを構築することは十分可 能
で あるためfakeroot がデフォルトで使用される。」

dbuild は変な処理を行う。これを修正するには書き直しが必要で
り，その書き直しは近々に実施するつもりである。
