dpkgパッケージ付属manページを更新、修正をしました。原文(の差分)と
訳文の差分を比較できるように並べてあります。見やすくないかも…。
チェックやコメントをお願いします。

今回の更新はjpのcvsにも入れています。直接cvsをみたほうが早いかも
しれません。
