hotplug po-debconf訳

　やまねです。
 
　hotplug の po-debconf訳です。査読願います。

　・hotplugging や hotplug support などという場合はカタカナで
　「ホットプラグ」にしています。
　・Do you use USB mouse with X11?　のような場合、X11では意味を
　　汲み取りにくいと感じたので X Window System としました。
