gradm po-debconf訳

　やまねです。

　gradm の po-debconf訳です。査読願います。

　・deprecated を大幅に意訳してます。
　・upstream は上流ではなく「開発元」にしました。この方が
　　意味が取れるように思いますが、いかがでしょうか？
　・"gradm was deprecated by upstream"　はこのパッケージの
　　元のバージョンである 1.9 についてであるので、訳では 1.9
　　と明示しました。
