　gwhois の po-debconf 訳更新版です。
　bubulle@debian.org さんから「数日中に upload するから早く出して!」
　とせっつかれたので査読のほうも早めにお願いします。

　・For a major speed improvement these lists will no longer be used, 
　　instead gwhois relies on ARINs redirection feature. 
　　あたりを重点的に願います。
