PO-Revison-Dateが入っていないということは、Emacsなどの支援系は使ってい

細かいことを言うと、「管理者ユーザ名」というのは日本語としてはちょっと
奇異に見えます。
「データベース管理者のユーザ名」のほうがしっくりくるかな。(以下同)

管理人/アドミン/管理者 (以下同)
adminはadministratorの略ですが、訳としては同じものを割り当ててよいでしょ
う。
また、blank=空白 ですが、ここで「空白」としてしまうとスペースキーによっ
て入力される空白文字とも読めてしまいます。私なら「パスワードは空です。」
かな。

"もしそうなら、あなたは、パスワードを変えるべきです。それはただ入力す
るだけで良いです。" は、この原文が1文であることに着目して読みます。
for nowは定型句です。

「この場合、パスワードを変更すべきではありますが、さしあたり Enter を
押すだけでかまいません。」

apache-perlの部分もうまく読み取れなかったかな。regularや()も無意識的に
落としているように見えます。

Scoopは、通常の古いapache、mod_perlが静的にコンパイルされたapache
(apache-perl)、apache-sslおよびその組み合わせを利用できます。
