第1英文．カンマ以降は文を分ける必要ないと思います．以下の案を強く推
します．
「制御するインターフェースを空白で区切って入力してください。」

第2英文．processes が訳されていません．
「ifplugd の initscript に引数 \"start\" をつけて実行すると、
ifplugd プロセスは各インターフェースを起動します。」

第3英文．こんなふうにしてみるのはいかがでしょうか．
「特別な文字列 \"auto\" を引数に使うと、
/proc/net/dev にある全ての eth と wlan のインターフェースについて、
ifplugd プロセスを起動、停止させられます。」

第4英文．行頭の Note は動詞なので，この文は命令文のように訳さないとだ
めなのでは．手元の "研究社　新英和・和英中辞典" ではNote that で「〈…
ということに〉注意する，特に言及する，〈…ということを〉特筆する.」
とあります．

「/proc/net/dev にあるインターフェースの一覧は
ロードしたカーネルモジュールに依存するかもしれないことに注意してください。」

「走らせる」とあると，そのコマンドで作ったプロセスが生きてるイメージ
があります． ifplugd -h は，おそらく，ヘルプメッセージを表示して正常
終了するコマンドでしょうから，
「man を見るか、ifplugd -h で調べてください。」
などのほうが日本語としてスムーズに読めるのではないでしょうか．

それから，条件を列記していることをくっきりと示すために，(上の案のよ
うに)「見るか」直後に読点を追加してください．

英文には you が必要ですが，日本語文でそれを訳すと不自然な日本語文に
なります．以下のようにしたらどうでしょう．

漢数字はアラビア数字に直しました．

ここの，行頭の none や suspend や stop の件．

debconf-reconfigure -f readline や -f dialog や -f editor の状況で，
さらに日本語が入力できないときでも選択できるならば，という限定が入り
ませんかしら？
む，手元の徹底本Sarge版見ると，dialog のときはカーソルで上下に選べる
メニューに見えるし，readline は数値で選ぶのか．
日本語を入力するのでなければ，訳しちゃってもいいみたい？

# debconf-reconfigure のフロントエンドって Etch で変更があるのかしらん．
