日本語翻訳のクレジット (Re: Fwd: CfH: Some issues regarding the lenny release notes)

というわけで、日本語訳のクレジットも載せたいと思っています。
が、リリースノートに関わった方すべてを把握しているわけではありません。
ついては、以下に私が把握できた方を挙げますので、追加をお願いします。

また、日本語訳は日本語で記載しようと思っていますが、
皆さんのフルネームを把握し切れていません。
大変申し訳ないのですが、教えていただけないでしょうか。

表記をこうしたいという希望があれば、そのようにできると思います。
その辺りもありましたらお願いします。
