review: debian-handbook 00a_preface

　やまねです。

　気力が少し回復したので debian-handbook のレビューを少しだけしました。
　パッチを添付します。

　一応00bまであたりはやろうかと思って作業しています。ですが、１行が
　長大で差分がわかりづらく、できればmsgfmtで整形してから作業できる方が
　ありがたいです。
