本家のバグを見つけたときは、bug コマンドでパッケージメンテナーに直接連
絡した方がよいですよ。Debian の売りの一つが Bug Tracking システムです
から。

ちょうど、dpkg-ftp 1.4.9 が upload されたようです。
問題がなければ、bo-updates に置かれると思います。
Changes の 2 番目の項目が斉藤さんの問題のようです。
今、Bug #7811 (http://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/debian/Bugs/db/7811.html)
を見てみましたら三月に報告されているようです。
