libc6版のcommunicator-smotif-47と、
http://www.debian.gr.jp/~kitame/debs/
にあるnetscape-base-ja-47、
あと、それが依存するパッケージを全て入れてから、
netscape-base-ja-4を2.1にupgradeすればいいはずです。

でも、patatoのftpにあるcommunicator-smotif-47はlibc5版なので、
ftp://ftp.ncu.edu.tw/Linux/distributions/debian/dists/potato/non-free/binary-i386/web/
あたりから、communicator-smotif-47_4.7-13.debをもってきてください。
