[debian-users:23531] 個別でＣＧＩの設定？

こんばんわ　根津です。
超初心者なんですがアカウントを発行したＵＳＥＲのデレクトリ−でＣＧＩを動かそ うと 
下記の様にaccess.conf　　srm.confを設定したのですが

access.conf　に　<Directory /home/*/public_html>
  　　　　　　　　 　　 AllowOverride All
    　　　　　　　　　　Options MultiViews Indexes ExecCGI FollowSymLinks
　　　　　　　　　　　</Directory>
srm.conf　に　　　　ScriptAlias /~nights/cgi-bin/ /home/nights/public_html/cgi-bin/ 

でもこの様なエラ−が出てしまいます・

でも　/usr/lib/cgi-bin/では問題なく動きます（ｃｇｉファイルは全く同じです）

あとerroｒ.logは下記です
[Wed Aug 9 23:08:18 2000] [error] [client 211.9.1.22] Premature end of script headers: /home/nights/public_html/ 
cgi-bin/ｙｙchat.cgi
