[debian-users:27784] 2 日運用するとマシンがストールする

速度と申します。

いつも参考にさせてもらっています。

debian potato を使用しています。

X を起動して 連続運用(なにも動作させていない 動作していたとしてもスクリーンセイバー)
をした場合、２日ぐらいでカーネルレベルでストールしてしまいます。
カーネルレベルでのストールとは 他のマシンからのpingも当然 telnet , ftp もできない状態で
止まってしまうためです。 当然 コンソールも使えない状態となります。
CTRL+ALT+BS も CTRL+ATL+DELも当然効果なし。

Xは 3.3.6 で カーネルは 2.2.17,2.2.18,2.2.19 全てで発生しました。

マザーボード CPU メモリ ディスクはそれぞれ以下の通りです。

なお、LANカードはDEC のTulipにしても同じ現象が発生します。

カーネルのドキュメントを参照すると、以下のような気になる記述がありましたが、
"Activating ISA DMA bug workarounds" メッセージは起動時にはありません。

Running sound cards on VIA chipsets

o       There are problems with VIA chipsets and sound cards that appear to
        lock the hardware solidly. Test programs under DOS have verified the
        problem exists on at least some (but apparently not all) VIA boards

o       VIA have so far failed to bother to answer support mail on the subject
        so if you are a VIA engineer feeling aggrieved as you read this
        document go chase your own people. If there is a workaround please
        let us know so we can implement it.


Certain patterns of ISA DMA access used for most PC sound cards cause the
VIA chipsets to lock up. From the collected reports this appears to cover a
wide range of boards. Some also lock up with sound cards under Win* as well.

Linux implements a workaround providing your chipset is PCI and you compiled
with PCI Quirks enabled. If so you will see a message
        "Activating ISA DMA bug workarounds"

起動時に気になるメッセージは以下の物があるのですが、何か問題なのでしょうか？

PCIカードの差し位置を変更するなどいろいろとやってみましたがうまく行きませんでした。

ちなみに以前 Kondara 1.1をインストールした当初も問題があったのですが、
カードの差し位置を変更したら(今使っていると同じハードウェア)１ヵ月の運用に耐えました。

何かご存知の方いらっしゃいましたら教えてください。
