でいいんじゃないかなぁ。
私の手元ではこの設定で大丈夫です。

Postfix を使ってるんですね。

この部分は fetchmail とローカル MTA との対話を示しています。
同じことを手作業でやってみましょうか。

上記実行結果のうち、
| RCPT TO:<tw@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>
これ以外は全て私の手元に届きました。
ですので、原因は渡辺さんの Postfix の設定にあると思います。
渡辺さんの Postfix が 127.0.0.1 からの smtp 接続は全て受け入れる
設定をすれば良いと思います。
