ところで私は既に、
GA-EG31MF-S2のMB、
Intel Core 2 duo E8400のCPU、
Hitachi HDP725050GLA360 500GB SATA HDD 2台、
及び PCi LAN Adaptor GN-1200TW2
の構成のマシンに、
武藤氏のetch-custom-0720.iso
を用いて、etchをインストールしました。
（1）etch-custom-0720.isoを用いてetchをインストールした後、
kernelを linux-image-2.6.24-etchnhalfにupgradeする場合と、
 lenny installerを用いて最初からEtch-And-A-Halfのinux-image-2.6.24-etchnhalfにする場合とでは
どのように違うのでしょうか？
（2）lenny installerを用いて最初からEtch-And-A-Halfのinux-image-2.6.24-etchnhalfにする場合、
「Upgrades from both the 2.6.18 and 2.6.24 kernels to the kernel provided by the next stable release (lenny) will be supported.」
(http://www.debian.org/releases/etch/etchnhalf のLimitationsの第2段落目)
とありますので、lennyへの移行ができるものと思いますが、
etch-custom-0720.isoを用いてetchをインストールした後、kernelを linux-image-2.6.24-etchnhalfにupgaradeする場合も、lennyへの移行はできますでしょうか？
