WebMasters.html, WebTranslation.html の新設、および MailingList.html,
Todo.html{.ja,.en} の変更について 2 日間御意見をお待ちしましたが、
特に異議が無かったようですので、このメールを送るのと同時に作業しようと
思います。

手順としては

cvs update
(MailingList.html, Todo.html{.ja,.en} の変更)
(WebMasters.html, WebTranslation.html の新設)
cvs add WebMasters.html
cvs add WebTranslation.html
cvs commit

で良いですよね ? (ってやってみればわかることですが)
