というわけで、Packages.html の改訂版を作ってみました。
せっかくの文章 (しかも英訳つき) をごっそりと削ってしまったので、
ちょっと気がひけるものがあるのですが...

B_newindex_2000_09 ブランチに入れましたので、
チェックお願いします。
