Subject のファイルの日本語訳です。とは言ってもほとんどが
banners/2.1/index.wml からのコピペです。
# ちなみに banners/2.1/index.ja.html の "640Ｘ60 ピクセル" は
# "468Ｘ60 ピクセル" が正しいような……。
