これではわからんです。かなり補うことを前提とすると、

「元のソースパッケージが Debian 向けパッチと分けられた形で配布されて
おらず、もともと Debian 対応でもないパッケージに対しては、バグ扱いと
して (一斉) バグ報告することを計画しました。」
「ゲートウェイが新ホストに移されたと通知しました。アドレスは変更され
るかもしれないので、このホスト名を使ってください。」
