  => 過去 1 年間で Debian に報告されたリリースクリティカルバグの数

リンク先のグラフは横軸が 2011 年 11 月から 2013 年 1 月になっています。
このため "over the last year" は「過去 1 年間」
と翻訳する方がわかりやすいと思います。いかがでしょうか。
