やるか事がLICENSEによるとかなりありますね：
 * 頒布担当者をUPSTREAMに連絡。
 * version.h の変更　（いまこれされていないのは、ライセンス違反ですよ!)
 * アップストリームにデビアンユーザーからBUGREPORTがいかないように、README関係に改変を加える。
 * 再頒布物に新ライセンス条件をDSFGの形で付与（GPL2+とかなんとか、ライセンス無しではDEBIANで配布できません。）
 * 差分作成ほかの作業とUPSTREAMへの連絡。
