[Description] u package

武藤＠イソターネット協会です。

ようやっと時間が空いてきたので、u を終わらせました。添付しますです。
次は e をやろうかしら(どなたかやられてましたっけ。樽石さんのgを引き継ぐ
という手もあるな…)。
