ええと、最初 debian-devel@JP に Cc: したメールでは「返事が無かったら
 (誰も異議を出さなかったら) NMU するぞ」と書いてたんですが、その後
メンテナ (だった) Sven Rudolph から

っていうメールをもらって、最初これを読んだ時には、
「ああ、これは maintainership を譲ってくれるってことかな」と
一瞬期待してから、でも念のためにと gene95 で確認したら

    といけないから

とか出てきて、さらに eijirou を引いたら

    万一に備えて

  in case of : 〜の場合には、〜の場合の用心に、もし〜ならば、〜するといけないから
  、もし〜の場合、万一に備えて / 【用例】 Please tell me some places to call in ca
    se of trouble. 

とか出てきちゃったんですよ。 ^^;;

それで、「これは NMU しないように、自分でやるから後はいいよ、って返事を
書いたのかな」と思って debian-qa に

っていう返事をもらいました。:) 

それで jp-devel の 11139 に書いたように、NMU としての 1.0.9-1.3.1 を
出すのはやめて、もうちょっと bug fix を追加した 1.0.9-2 を

として upload したわけです。ということで、Debian package の sgml-tools に
ついては、現在のメンテナーは私ですから、私が upload したものは NMU ではなく
通常の Maintainer Upload です :-^)
