「北米地域」と「他の地域」とあると，アメリカ大陸での話のように思えてし
まったので， Most areas in the world は，「他の国々では(国々では)」と
意訳するのはいかがでしょう．

はどうかしら． video と video output を異なるもの(前者は画面に表示され
るもの，後者は映像出力端子に出る信号)として訳しています．同一のものと
して訳すならば，

CPU 負荷が高い場合でも tvtime を高い優先度で動作させて，
なめらかな画像かつ高画質にします．

第1文は下の訳案ではいかがでしょう．「設定は…コントロールします」は冗
長に感じたので，コントロール…を削除してしまいました． relative to は
意訳．

ここでは，システム上の他のプロセスに対しての，tvtime のプロセスの優先
度を設定できます．
