po-debconf訳の記述の仕方について質問

　po-debconfの訳について質問です。
　あるメンテナから以下のように返答を貰いました。

》Also please provide the package name an version you where translating

　・fuzzyは取っておくべきなのでしょうか？
　・パッケージバージョンも同様に記述しておくべきですか？
