ではないのかな。「起動」だとマシン自体のリブートの意味になっちゃうのでしたら、
次回に mldonkey サーバを動かした時から…
ではいかがか。

「作業」じゃなくて、もっとあらわに、
…削除されません。後ほど自分で削除する…
としたほうが分かりやすいのではないかしら。それから、「後ほど」の直前は
読点ではなく句点のほうがいいように思います。
