語順はぼくも分かりませんが、"bandwidthd sql"で検索したところ、
http://www.sfr-fresh.com/unix/privat/bandwidthd-2.0.1.tgz:a/bandwidthd-2.0.1/README
が見付かりました。165行目から220行目あたりがデータベースと連携する際の記述のようです。
219〜220行↓を見ると、
> 4. Simply start bandwidthd, and after a few minutes data should start appearing in
> your database.  If not, check syslog for error messages.

bandwidthd が取得したデータがデータベースに書き込まれるようですね。で、そのデータベー
ス内の記述がどの bandwidthd が取得したものかを管理する用途の文字列らしい？

strongly があるので、否定してしまうのはいかがでしょう。

何を指定すれば良いのか分からない場合は 0.0.0.0/0 を利用できますが、
全くお勧めしません。

「見るには、行う…必要となる」と、述語が2つあるように読めるので分かりにくいと感じまし
た。
・片方を名詞的にしてしまう↓
こうすると、ビジターが更新されたグラフを見るには、手動でブラウザを更新することが必要となります。
・「必要となる」を助動詞的にかなにひらく↓
こうすると、ビジターが更新されたグラフを見るには、手動でブラウザの更新を行わなくてはいけません。
てのはいかがでしょう。

なのかを識別できる文字列を持つ必要があります。
