ちょっと #debianjp で gotom と一緒に検討した結果とりあえず

> gconv-modulesのBTSとして出すのがいいのかな？

 setgid されていると gconv-modules できないことがある
 * /usr/lib/gconv を /etc/ld.so.conf に追加
 or
 * glibc/iconvdata/Makefile で libJIS.so とかにも -rrpath,'$$ORIGIN'
  が必要なのではないか?

とかいう bug report を submit しておきました。(Bug#48120)
