/etc/inetd.confの書き方が間違っていませんか？

tftp    dgram   udp     wait    nobody  /usr/sbin/tcpd  /usr/sbin/in.tftpd
/tftpboot
bootps  dgram   udp     wait    root    /usr/sbin/bootpd
       bootpd -i -d -t 120

こんな感じではないでしょうか。
