/etc/apt/sources.listに，例えば

deb http://apt-proxy.sourceforge.net/openoffice unstable main contrib
deb-src http://apt-proxy.sourceforge.net/openoffice unstable main contrib

を追加記入してね と書いています．

次に
apt-get update
apt-get install openoffice.org
を実行して下さい．

まず，Debianをinstallしましょう．
そのあとに apt や dpkg のマニュアルなど読むといいですよ．
