index.{ja,en}.html を、index.html.{ja,en} にリネームしたのですが、
佐野さんの作業とぶつかってしまったみたいですね。

佐野さんが B_newindex_2000_09 ブランチを作られたとき、
ファイル名を index.html.ja ではなく index.ja.html にしたのは、
なにか意味があったのでしょうか？
私はとくに何も考えずに、従来のページを置きかえるのだから、と、
index.html.ja にしてしまったのですが。
