# insmod の -f オプションはやってみました?

kernel の devfs サポートな部分が合ってないとか。< 思いっ切り推測。
ソースを持ってきてリコンパイルしてパッケイジとしてインストールした方が
ヨイのでわ? と思うです。

# /lib/modules/2.4.3/ 以下の alsa 関係をとりあえず削除(移動)しておいた
# 方が無難かな...。
